Routing Rules Testing
In order to guarantee the correct functioning of routing rules, each Document Provider should publish messages with fixed referenceData to an e-Box in Acceptation. The objective of the test is to verify whether the messages arrive in the correct partition as predefined in a routing rule.

Publication Schedule
The tests will be done in November 2025. To ensure there is no caching of the routing rules, the e-Box team will modify the routing rules each week. Each Document Provider should publish twice per week. Publications may start from 1:00 PM on the given date. On the 13th November, we’ll organize live sessions with Document Providers to verify if the webhook has been correctly implemented. Below is the publication calendar:
- 5 november
- 6 november
- 12 november
- 13 november (live session)
- 19 november
- 20 november
- 26 november
- 27 november
It is not mandatory for Document Providers to publish on every one of these dates. After 2–3 successful tests, the e-Box team will confirm to the Document Provider that no further testing is required. However, it remains the Document Provider’s responsibility to ensure the correct implementation of the routing rules.
Audit trails
At least one extract of the audit trails should be forwarded to the e-Box team after publication. For each publication, the Document Provider must verify that the audit trails are accurately logged. Please note that ensuring the correctness of the audit trails remains the responsibility of the Document Provider.
